Terms and Conditions.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash. There is a 3% extra charge with any form of payment except cash.


THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR DEVICE BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. We provide a 30-day performance warranty on any part we have replaced except for liquid damage repairs. This warranty does not include any physical damage that has occurred after you leave the store. If for some reason there is a performance issue with your device, it is your responsibility to bring it back to within the 30-day warranty period. If you have an issue with your device, do not try to fix it yourself. Using our services may void your warranty. This document is NOT a receipt. A receipt is required to claim a warranty. Receipts can be emailed or texted upon request.


In some cases, there are unexpected issues and require additional repairs and costs, i.e. swollen batteries/broken cameras. Opting out of our suggestion can void the warranty on your repair. We will always notify you of extra cost before repairing your device. We keep your broken screen as part of our profit.


Devices that are dropped off should be picked up within 30 days. It is your responsibility to check on devices that are dropped off for repairs. Devices left past 30 days become property of Lexington Phone Repair, unless you make arrangements.


Special order parts require a deposit. Parts usually arrive in 4-7 days; however we use cost- effective shipping so some parts do take longer to arrive than quoted. Deposits for specialty parts are nonrefundable.


Prices and parts for repairs can change daily.
