 Terms and Conditions.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle and cash. There is a 3% extra charge with credit card, PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay also $1 with debit card,.


THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR DEVICE BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. We provide a 30-day performance warranty on any part we have replaced except for liquid damage repairs. This warranty does not include any physical damage that has occurred after you leave the store. If for some reason there is a performance issue with your device, it is your responsibility to bring it back to within the 30-day warranty period. If you have an issue with your device, do not try to fix it yourself. Using our services may void your manufacture warranty. This document is NOT a receipt. A receipt is required to claim a warranty. Receipts can be emailed, texted, or printed upon payment.


In some cases, there are unexpected issues and require additional repairs and costs, i.e. swollen batteries/broken cameras. Opting out of our suggestion can void the warranty on your repair. We will always notify you of extra cost before repairing your device. We keep your broken screen as part of our profit. No warranty on iPhone’s with broken back glass. Limited warranty on liquid damage devices. Other liquid damage issues may later appear that are unknown during repairs.


Devices that are dropped off should be picked up within 30 days. It is your responsibility to check on devices that are dropped off for repairs. Devices left past 30 days become property of Lexington Phone Repair, unless you make arrangements.


Special order parts require a deposit. Parts usually arrive in 4-7 days, however we use cost- effective shipping so some parts do take longer to arrive than expected. Deposits for specialty parts are nonrefundable.


Prices and parts for repairs can change daily. Removing tempered glass voids warranty.

We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.

Special Order Parts or Limited Availability ONLY:

In rare cases, special parts do not work. We will order a replacement part at no charge to you, however you may be without a working device until the new part arrives.


*FOR FACTORY RESET ONLY* Factory resetting devices completely erases the data and can require additional passwords and authentication. Please
